The location here is fantastic and peaceful, close to Fuerte Santiago, and the in-house restaurant is very convenient, plus I got a wonderful double room with a waterfront view.

We recently stayed at Scubaportobelo in Portobelo for a weekend getaway with our family. the chalet we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and it had a stunning view of the crystal clear ocean right in front of us. the location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches by boat, and we even had the opportunity to snorkel right outside our cabin and see a variety of marine life. the staff, including Rafael the dive master, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had an amazing diving and snorkeling experience. if you're looking for a relaxing and tranquil place to unwind, Scubaportobelo is the ideal destination.

We had the most awesome time exploring the Panama Canal on a tour. We saw monkeys swinging from trees, alligators chilling in the water, and even turtles and birds! The hotel hooked us up with boat rides to a private island and the mangroves nearby. It was like we were in our own adventure movie! Plus, we took a course that taught us how to handle underwater encounters with marine life. Now we feel like total pros in the water. It was a blast!

If there's one thing we would've asked for, it's more opportunities for late-night fun. We're young and love to party, so having some cool hangout spots or organized events for young people at the hotel would've made our stay even more amazing.

The cabins are beautifully situated around a garden with an ocean view, and each room has a terrace with a hammock and comfortable chairs. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked fine. The view of the Caribbean from the room was breathtaking. The hotel also provides showers on the dock, and beach chairs and beds are available free of charge. ScubaPortobelo offered a cozy, safe, and well-equipped stay for our diving adventure.
